At H.O.P.E., we're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Event Coordinator to join our team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the effective and efficient planning, production, and management of all H.O.P.E. events. This is your chance to be a part of something impactful and exciting!

Job overview 

  • H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Everywhere) is a not-for-profit event management organization that raises funds for charities in Ottawa. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Event Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, design, production, promotion, overall coordination and profitability of all H.O.P.E events, large and small.  As a volunteer-based organization the Event Coordinator will be responsible for leading volunteer teams responsible for the execution of H.O.P.E. events. The annual salary in the range of $47,000 to $53,0000. Base pay depends on job-related skills, knowledge and experience.
