Would you like to be an exhibitor, vendor, or concessionaire at HOPE Volleyball SummerFest and have access to 25, 000 to 30,000 potential customers? It's easy! Just download your form, fill it out and email to vendors_exhibitors@hopehelps.com or fax to 613-237-1601, or call 613-237-1433 for more information. All cheques should be made payable to HOPE and delivered or mailed to: 205 - 1600 Merivale Road, Nepean, ON K2G 5J8 HOPE Volleyball SummerFest reserves the right to accept or refuse any application and to determine the location of the vendor on site. It is the duty of the concessionaire or exhibitor to ensure that all permits and insurance necessary have been properly and completely obtained. Food vendors must maintain strict compliance with all food related city and provincial health codes, and must provide upon request a copy of their vendor license.
