THE AMPHITHEATRE
The Amphitheatre concert area will provide music-lovers a great musical experience with plenty of elbow room in the swelling crowds. SummerFest has taken advantage of the existing hillside available at its traditional home by Mooney's Bay to provide a natural amphitheatre accompanied by a bigger and better stage and soundscape.
Located at the north end of the beach near the Terry Fox lot, this is a licensed area so bring your ID! Non-registered participants must purchase a wristband to access. To check out the fantastic line-up visit Concert.
HOT 89.9 HOT ZONE
The Hot 89.9 HOT ZONE sizzles at SummerFest. Stop by and say ‘hi’ to your favourite DJs who will be cranking out the hits from this prime location smack dab in the middle of the beach! Meet up with friends to enjoy a little bit of shade and frosty beverages. Admission is $5 for non-players.
VENDOR VILLAGE
Visit the Vendor Village to check out exhibitors selling an exciting variety of food, handicrafts and services. Drop by to load up on great summer gadgets and supplies and enter for your chance to win great prizes.
GET ‘INKED’ & WIN BIG
It’s as easy as 1-2-3
1. Slap on a charity tattoo (distributed in your team kit).
2. Hit the beach and HOPE to get spotted.
3. Win special prizes from EQ3 and qualify for priority concert seating at the main stage
The team that best promotes their designated charity on the beach wins complimentary registration for the Recreational Division at HOPE 2010 - So get creative, get inked, and win big at HOPE!
BREAKAWAY TOURS
Breakaway Tours presents a trip for 2 to Daytona beach for spring break 2010. The trip includes motor coach transportation as well as hotel accommodation. Also access to the hottest spring break party of 2010 as Breakaway Tours will take over Daytona Beach for their 25th anniversary.
COORS LIGHT
Come on down to the Reef, Fokus and Oakley kiosks at the south end of the beach brought to you by Coors Light. Check out cool products, watch wakeboarding demos, and sign up for a 10-minute wakesurfing or wakeboarding pull. All proceeds will be donated to HOPE.
