Onsite Activities EVENT DAY ATTRACTIONS ROGERS AMPHITHEATRE The Rogers Amphitheatre concert area will provide music-lovers a great musical experience with plenty of elbow room in the swelling crowds. With the help of Rogers, SummerFest has taken advantage of the existing hillside available at its traditional home by Mooney's Bay to provide a natural amphitheatre accompanied by a bigger and better stage and soundscape. Located at the north end of the beach near the Terry Fox lot, this is a licensed area so bring your ID! Non-registered participants must purchase a wristband to access. To check out the fantastic line-up visit Concert. HOT 89.9 HOT ZONE The Hot 89.9 FM Hot Zone sizzles at SummerFest! Stop by and say 'hi' to your favourite DJs who will be cranking out the hits from this prime location smack dab in the middle of the beach! Meet up with friends to enjoy a little bit of shade and frosty beverages. Admission to the licensed Hot Zone is only $5 for non-registered participants (those with a wristband have free access). A-CHANNEL VENDOR VILLAGE Visit the A-Channel Vendor Village located northwest of Gate 2 entrance to check out exhibitors selling an exciting variety of food, handicrafts and services. Drop by to say 'hi' to the A-Channel summer fun team, load up on great summer gadgets and supplies, and enter for your chance to win great prizes. WHAT ELSE? ROGERS WIRELESS To capture festival-goers at their SummerFest best, The Rogers Streeet Team will be taking pictures of you, your friends and families as you take in the action. They'll also have the new LG VU touch phone for everyone to try out. Get your picture taken and enter to win your own LG VU or the grand prize of $5,000. Keep your eyes peeled for the Rogers crew and you might just win. To find your picture, add "OTT ROGERS" to your Facebook account. OTTAWA SPORT & SOCIAL CLUB Ottawa Sport & Social Club (OSSC) offers adults a fun outlet through co-ed recreational sport leagues, outdoor adventure, tournaments, and social events. In short, we are Recess for Adults! The OSSC booth is your go-to place find out more about the amazing programs taking place this Fall.
