IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
- Only one team registration is allowed per submission, and per credit card transaction.
- A valid email address and home phone number must be supplied as verification of your submission will be sent electronically.
- Due to limited space, applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment received does not guarantee a spot in the tournament, and confirmation of your registration will be provided in mid June, 2008.
- To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be received prior to June 20, 2008. Requests for refunds will be processed at that time, or sooner if possible.
If you are placed on a waiting list, you will be notified should a spot become available in the tournament, and your payment information will be requested upon notification.
